Blogs blogs blogs! I cant gets me enough o' dem blogs! These are great because here is where real people recount their experiences in 'real' words. I almost cried when I began reading some of these blogs because that's where I first discovered other people were experiencing the EXACT same symptoms as I was. 'Whaaa! You shed a kilo of skin a day and you cant sleep either? Me too! Joy and rapture!'. It was comforting suddenly knowing I wasn't alone. Honestly, it was huge for me and these can give you inspiration to keep pushing through. I was not only inspired by reading other peoples stories but I found a sort of peace whereby I was prepared to battle this through to the end, no plan B. So, blogs are good. You should write one. Plus you will hear about all the nasty side effects as they are. Ain't no gross filters on these bad boys!

During my research into TSW I came across some interesting articles on moisturiser withdrawal. Everything seems weird until you understand it, right? Well this sounded weird, but after spending some time educating myself, I now understand the importance of this as an aide to recovery and even for ongoing skin health. For everyone.
